Get out there and live with Doyle’s Thornless Blackberry® Plants!

Features
  • 20 times more effective than an ordinary blackberry bush
  • Produces from early July into September
  • Peak production in mid-July through mid-August
  • Thrives and produces in all 50 States and Canada
  • Can produce up to three gallons of berries in one year!
If you love blackberries, then our thornless blackberry bush is the perfect option for your garden or patio. You would need approximately 10 standard blackberry plants to produce the same amount of fruit that one of our plants can provide, and that many plants can take up a lot of garden space! Our Doyle’s Thornless Blackberry Plant only requires a six-foot trellis, and if you don’t have a garden or you live in an apartment, you can grow blackberries in a single container on your porch or patio! Production can be slow in the first year as the plant establishes itself, but after that, you will see increased production, especially in the third year, with large, sweet, and juicy berries!

It can be absolutely amazing to go out each morning and pick fresh blackberries for your cereal or eat them fresh with cream. We know you’ll love how much fruit your blackberry plant produces on a yearly basis, and with proper care, you can enjoy blackberries for decades to come! Once winter arrives, be sure to trim back the vines and check they are secure on the trellis. You can cover the blackberry plant with clear or white plastic to create a temporary greenhouse that traps heat and moisture, protecting the plant from freezing temperatures.
